SAP HR Global OM/PA Support Analyst - SAP /HR Job Title: Global OM/PA Support Analyst Experience: Min. 4 Years supporting SAP/HR module Location: Curitiba, Brazil Job description • Responsible for supporting SAP R/3 Organizational Management and Personnel Administration modules for employees globally (US, EU, AP, LA, AFR regions), including enhancements • Develop and maintain communication with HR organization globally • Attend periodic meetings with HR users’ organizations, other HR modules (GSF, EDA, COMP, ALE/EFT, PY, TM, etc.) and SAP Applications Support organizations (S&C, Integration, Basis, Batch) • Responsible for supporting standard and custom OM/PA Objects, Infotypes, Reports, Interfaces • Responsible for various local and common client configurations, table maintenance, and data extractions • Responsible for providing input to scope definition, estimation, design, testing, and quality assurance phases which will require interfacing with the technical team, integration team, batch team, security & controls team, business clients, and others as needed • Responsible for tracking assigned business requests and ensure proper execution following standard ExxonMobil implementation processes including documentation requirements and seeking proper approvals • May be required to lead implementations of varying complexities • Responsible for providing base support for break/fix as well be engaged in testing of SAP Legal Change Patches Position Requirements: Minimum Requirements: - Must speak, read and write English fluently; - Excellent verbal/written communication skills; - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, particularly with high priority impact requests and confidential data; - Strong knowledge of HR and OM/PA processes; - High energy and motivation; - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a global team and support a global client base; - Self accountability and the ability to maintain high personal standards for producing high quality work; - Committed with organization goals and process stewardship. Stronger candidates would have some of the following experience: - Prior experience supporting SAP installations or R3 implementation Project; - Prior experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously; - Prior experience with SAP security & controls (roles, security models), change & release Mgmt, and problem monitoring/tracking; - Prior experience with CATTs and SAP Adhoc Query; - Basic knowledge of SAP common system landscapes and infrastructure; - OM Training (HR505 – Organizational Management). |
