The Human Resource Manager will provide direct HR leadership for the Ingersoll Rand's Industrial Technology Sector in Latin America. The incumbent will work collaboratively to develop and implement organizational capability strategies, champion and drive critical change issues across the organization and build talent within the organization. The position is based in Barueri (Sao Paulo), Brazil and reports to the Managing Director, ITS Latin America and to the VP, Human Resources for the Americas. Partner with the Managing Director, ITS-Latin America to develop business and organizational strategies for ITS Latin America Develops and executes Talent Management plan aligned with region and sector objectives – organizational design, succession planning, talent management, high potential identification, etc. Talent Management - Assessment, recruitment and development of key leadership roles in Latin America. Advises on legal and organizational implications of various organization issues / challenges – provides solutions. Works across other organizations to leverage resources and capabilities. Leads HR processes / programs such as employee communications, performance management, organizational leadership review, employee relations, and compensation platforms to align organization with strategy within supported client groups. Network within HR organization in the U.S. and in Latin America to successfully meet business needs Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Labor Relations or related field. Masters Degree in HR discipline is a plus.
